that's barack obama. when the president comes back here maybe for the last time as president, it's important to remember the first time he came here as president. barack obama came here and made very specific promises to the american people about obamacare. he came here and says if you like what you have, you can keep it. how did that work out? today, millions of americans lost the good health care plans that they like and expected to keep and are not able to today because of the broken promises of his law. barack obama came here and said if his bill passes, health insurance costs will drop dramatically for families. instead, what have we seen? the reverse. dramatic increases in health care costs. in my state of louisiana, over 25% increases that families are paying in higher costs for health care because of those broken promises of his law. i hope he comes here to apologize for those broken promises. but i don't think that's what's going to be the case. he's going to be here more concerned about preservi
