what was so amazing about barack obama was everybody came downtown that day, anybody that lived near the federal part of the city, everybody came that day. i think that's why you saw the extraordinary number of people. when people save they don't like washington, they shouldn't think about the people that live there. they should think about the people elected to go there. that's the problem. it's not the african-american main stream man or woman who have been there. it's the people that go there to govern. it's a fact of demographics, you don't see the large citizenry of washington coming out for this thing. >> again, donald trump polled 4%. >> they're not thrilled by today. >> washington demographic, it's still mostly african-american but just barely now actually. >> the plan -- >> the plan. >> this rumored plan to change the demographic. >> one thing washingtonians agreed on is they didn't vote for donald trump. >> that's true. neither did anybody in any big city. philadelphia was about 85% for secretary clinton and new york as well and certainly san francisco and l.a. and atlanta.
