Subject: Why do people talk during shows?!
I do not like the people that talk at shows!
Subject: In answer to the negative reviewer
Subject: This Was a Trip!!!
The other listing was an earlier download, so that might be the problem, putting it together.
Some of the reviews shot it down. Princeton, especially. Yeah, dude, I guess you did have to be there. This one was much better than the Sunday show, to respond to another review, which I was also at. I like the earlier dead better than their later version, and this set was the old dead.
The first set was about an hour and ended with Viola Lee Blues. The second set was hot. Two and half plus hours of sound! The only weird part was the middle drum solo to me when Bill and Micky went into some chant sort of thing with their drums, weird at the same time, but weird nonetheless, at least to me. The rest was everything I could hope it to be - great!
After Saturday's show I expect Sunday's to be more of the same, but it was sort of a let down to me, although it was cool in it's own way.
I didn't go to the Chicago shows, but I listed to them on archive. To me they weren't as good as Saturday's show, but were equal to Sunday's, some good stuff and some not so good stuff.
Nevertheless, it was good seeing the guys together again. I wish they could just put their differences aside and just play music.
