The focus of the book is on the
variety drawing brings to the consideration of language as itself a drawing
mood in relation to the graphos mode. In particular I consider the origins of
Sanskrit and its large number of words for drawing which inform in turn the
Greek language, theworld interest of
the PreSocratics, and the subsequent retaining within philosophic, psychological
and physics domains of rhetoric or the conditioning between mind and semiotics
as presenting experience within experience, states, status and art.
